 Samuele Riva is admitted to practice in the State of New York and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where he specializes in civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Riva’s experience includes matters relating to breach of contract, civil fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duties claims, business torts, civil rights violations, and cell tower opposition.

Mr. Riva is a graduate, summa cum laude, of both Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D.) and Fordham University School of Law (LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law). During his time in law school, Mr. Riva received seven CALI awards, the Suffolk County Bar Association Award for Academic Excellence, the Clinician of the Year Award, and the Touro Law Pro Bono Service Award. He was also recognized as the salutatorian of the Touro graduating class.

Kaitlin M. Kennedy is admitted to practice in the State of New York where her practice involves general civil litigation in various courthouses in New York State. Ms. Kennedy specializes in Cell Tower Litigation and Civil Forfeiture Litigation as well as various other areas of law, and she prides herself on working hard to achieve her clients’ goals.

Ms. Kennedy earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and a recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Trial Practice. Ms. Kennedy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Farmingdale State College.

David A. Antwork

For over a decade, David A. Antwork has been representing individuals, professionals, privately-held businesses, property owners, corporations and partnerships in matters involving complex civil litigation, land use and zoning matters, commercial and business litigation, commercial civil rights, employment and constitutional law in Federal and State Courts.

Mr. Antwork earned his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 2005 from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was a recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Criminal Procedure. In 2002, Mr. Antwork received his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Queens College.

Carole-Ann O’Shea has been a paraprofessional with the firm for over ten years. Mrs. O’Shea works with the Firm’s Attorneys in the preparation of legal documents for filing and service and the scheduling of depositions. She interfaces with clients, Court personnel, attorneys, external accountants, and vendors.

Robin Campanelli is a paraprofessional with the firm. She provides professional support in the processing and handling of hundreds of cases.
