Carole-Ann O’Shea
Carole-Ann O’Shea has been a paraprofessional with the firm for over ten years. Mrs. O’Shea works with the Firm’s Attorneys in the preparation of legal documents for filing and service and the scheduling of depositions. She interfaces with clients, Court personnel, attorneys, external accountants, and vendors.
Prior to working at the Firm, Mrs. O’Shea was a Second Vice President in Financial Management at Chase Manhattan Bank, Private Banking International, where she was responsible for meeting all of the financial and managerial reporting needs of two of the largest segments of that division’s business.
Mrs. O’Shea earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Finance from St. John’s University, College of Business Administration and completed her scholastic studies at Hofstra University, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Management Science. She is a Beta Gamma Sigma Key recipient.
