JEAN M. SMYTH

For over two decades, Jean M. Smyth has represented businesses, individuals, contractors, corporations and partnerships, assisting them with their legal and business needs. Ms. Smyth’s experience includes complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction law, general civil litigation, Religious Corporations Law, civil rights and constitutional law in Federal and State Courts, incorporation, formation of limited liability companies, real estate transactions and estate matters.

 

Ms. Smyth earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stony Brook University.

 

Ms. Smyth is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Easter and Southern Districts of New York.
