Kaitlin M. Kennedy

Kaitlin M. Kennedy’s practice is focused upon general civil litigation, TCA regulatory matters, and civil forfeiture.

Ms. Kennedy provides TCA-based consulting services to individuals, civic groups and others to enable them to defeat local zoning applications within which wireless carriers and/or site developers are pursuing the irresponsible placement of wireless facilities within jurisdictions across the United States.

Ms. Kennedy prides herself on working hard to achieve her clients’ goals of preventing the installation of cell towers, small cells and other wireless facilities which would adversely impact our client’s homes and/or communities.

Towards these ends Ms. Kennedy provides TCA consulting services to ensure that local zoning authorities are not mislead to believe that the TCA prohibits them from denying a specific zoning application, and to provide guidance to ensure that if a local zoning authority denies such an application, they do so in a manner which conforms to the five constraints imposed upon them by the TCA.

Ms. Kennedy earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and a recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Trial Practice. Ms. Kennedy received her Bachelor of Science from Farmingdale State College.
